We loved just about everything at this lil hotel. The front desk workers, particularly Mrs. Janice was so friendly, thoughtful, patient, and genuinely wanted to make us as comfortable as possible. She was able to get us into a similar room right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor, that had the perfect view of the pool! Which turned out to be a huge plus, considering that is where my child spent most of his time! It's not a large pool, went from 3ft to 5ft, but it was clean, and put the biggest smile on my kid's face after all the stress he had just gone through back home. I forgot the other woman who worked the front desk, but she was an absolute doll! All of the cleaning crew, and maintenance crew were very friendly and made sure we never ran low on supplies during our stay. The beds were very comfy, pillows could be better! Ac worked like a dream, very large room, with 5 people and a small dog with kennel, we still had plenty of room to get around and be comfortable. The bathroom/tub was spotless, coffee was great. The location is near lots of shopping and dining, and only an hr drive from Panama city! We would definitely stay here again!!

Everyone was very friendly, I needed a first floor, and was giving a first floor. They are remodeling but the room was nice and very clean. We very much enjoyed the pool, some pools are put at a very high temperature for the water, but this pool was perfect. I definitely would go back there again.
